How to grow Stronger,Taller.




Stunted growth is a problem to most of the people .Sometime they are even disable to admit any jobs.So to grow taller and stronger is an ambition to those people.I'll discuss some important points to grow or increase your height and strength.

1)Excersice:Doing regular excersice will able to increase your Height and Strength.
Hang on something(Better to spread your hand and hang)for minutes.Then increase the duration of hanging.Play any games daily for at least 1 hrs.Make Excersice a regular habit.Run 1 or 2 kilometers everyday.It all will give you a good result.

2)Diet:Diet control is very essential for healthy body.Don't eat anything which are older than a day(24 hrs),Eat fruits leafy vegetables,Drink milk everyday.Eat foods containing Vitamins,carbohydrates etc.

3)Take push ups daily about or more than 50,and also take pull ups at this count.Do excersices in Foot ball which all give you a good body shape with 6-pack.Use Powergrid to strengthen your hands and arms.While using this small and cheap equipment,you earn a nice look on you hands.

4)Hair style:Use spiky type hair style which give you a tall look

5)Clothing:Use lengthy shirts and lowest model Pants.Do not use tight cloths which will stund your growth.Use heal footwear by females to be look as Tall.
